During this meditation we will focus on forgiveness and what areas of your life need forgiveness. Forgiveness is hard because we often think when we forgive, we are saying that is ok to hurt us. Forgiveness is about no longer feeling aggrieved, reproachful, or vengeful. The act of forgiving someone is, in essence, is your refusal to let anger and hatred prevent you from moving forward. The person who gains the most from forgiveness is usually the one who does the forgiving.
