Join us, Saturday April 13th at 10am as we dive into a meditation focused on Compassion, lead by Molly MacLaren. During this mediation we will practice extending compassion. By practicing compassion it becomes easier to extend kindness towards the self and all that we meet. It helps us be more gentle, supportive, and understanding. Compassion, also stops us from harshly judging oneself for personal shortcomings. Instead it offers warmth and unconditional acceptance to the self. Compassion is the understanding that everyone has their own story, their own life experiences and those experience have help shaped their views of the world.
